I am delighted to be a specialist Swahili Teacher at ISZ. I graduated from Tumaini University-Arusha with a Bachelor of Arts with Education Degree and gained 4 years experience from two different International Schools in Tanzania. I joined the ISZ community in 2024.  I love helping young learners discover the joy of a new language through fun, engaging and meaningful experiences and I am passionate about encouraging students to communicate confidently as they explore Swahili. For me, language is much more than vocabulary. It opens doors to new culture, builds connection and helps children see the world from different perspectives.

At ISZ, I feel privileged to support our young learners as they explore, discover and grow through language. “Kinolewacho hupata” ( whatever is sharpened gets sharp).
